Leading Virtual Teams

· Leadership,virtual,collaboration

Is leading from home an ideal or an ordeal for you now?

How to manage and lead remote, rotating and blended workforces have been constant themes in my coaching conversations over the last 6 months. These questions have been presented as the primary task for the coaching, been a noisy background to our work or embodied as the elephant in the room. This collection of resources grows each day as they wrestle with the practical challenges of remote working and the anxieties that emerge in their firms, teams, families and selves. It spans from the logistics of working remotely to the self-care we all need to lead for the people who depend on us.

What do you need now?
