Authenticity & Self-Awareness

· Personal Development,Self-Awareness,Authenticity

This is a living collection of resources supporting the first class of my EMBA course Personal Effectiveness. In this course, we look at Self-Awareness in the widest terms: cognitively, emotionally, bodily and other dimensions.

Becoming more Self-Aware is an early task or direction in most Leadership Development programs and philosophies. This is a living collection of resources that I use with students and coaching clients in Singapore to support them in this effort. The question of Authenticity comes up early in these discussions: is becoming more Self-Aware telling me who I 'truly' am or how others actually see me?

Also see the related post on The Leadership Journey for specific Leadership applications of Authenticity and Self-Awareness. There are more resources on the Hogan Assessments page.
