We start with the meeting, presentation or conversation you are preparing for. Then we identify what needs to change. That might include:
- speaking more concisely and decisively
- making a recommendation rather than simply presenting information
- sounding confident without becoming overassertive
- handling challenge or disagreement
- answering difficult questions without becoming defensive
- communicating with senior stakeholders
- signalling authority without relying on title

We use the session on the real event.You should leave the session clearer about: what to keep, what to change and what to practise.

More about the session
We rehearse, not just discuss
You may already understand intellectually what executive presence is supposed to look like. That is rarely the problem. The value comes from practising the actual situation and receiving direct feedback on what another person experiences when you speak.We can rehearse:
- your opening
- the recommendation you need to make
- likely objections
- difficult questions
- how you respond when interrupted
- how you disagree
- how you close the conversation
Then we adjust and repeat.
Executive presence is not about becoming somebody else
The objective is not to manufacture charisma or imitate a stereotypical senior executive. It is to reduce the gap between the capability you already have and the way that capability is perceived by others.
We work on making your existing judgement, confidence and capability more visible in the situations where they matter and land with authenticity.
