    Andrew Jones is an executive coach, career coach and leadership educator based in Singapore.
    He works with corporate and private clients on many professional development missions like executive presence, stakeholder influence, career strategy, managing complex organisations, first 90 days performance and leadership effectiveness.
    A discovery call is a short, practical conversation to understand your situation, clarify what kind of support may be useful and decide whether coaching is the right next step.
    You do not need to know exactly what kind of coaching you need before we speak. In many cases, the first useful step is simply to describe what is changing, where you feel stuck and what decision, conversation or transition now needs better thinking.

    Nor should it be abstract leadership theory.

    My coaching is a practical thinking partnership focused on the situations where your effectiveness is tested: stakeholder meetings, difficult conversations, building critical realtionships, assertive executive presence, career decisions, leadership transitions, interviews, presentations, feedback, conflict and navigating ambiguity.

    The work usually involves diagnosing the situation and the stakeholder system, clarifying the real performance, career or positioning constraint, building self-awareness that improves action, preparing and rehearsing important conversations, designing practical behavioural experiments and reviewing what happened so the next move is sharper.

    The aim is not simply to understand yourself better. It is to act more effectively where it matters.
