    Your introductory conversation is booked

Thank you. I have received your booking and look forward to speaking with you.
You will receive a calendar invitation with the details of our meeting, including the time, format and, where relevant, the Zoom link or location for a face-to-face meeting. Please check that the invitation has arrived and that the time appears correctly in your calendar. If it does not arrive shortly, please check your junk or spam folder. You are also welcome to contact me directly if anything is unclear.
  • What to expect

Our first conversation is a complimentary, no-obligation introductory meeting. It gives us an opportunity to discuss what has prompted you to reach out, what you would like to achieve and whether coaching is likely to be useful
    at this point.

The conversation will usually last up to 45 minutes. I may ask questionsto help clarify the situation, the outcomes you are looking for and the wider professional context. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about
    how I work.

This is not a formal coaching session and there is no expectation that you will make any decision during the call.

    How to prepare

There is no need to prepare extensively.

It may be useful to spend a few minutes thinking about what has led you to arrange the conversation now, what you would like to be different and what currently feels most important, difficult or unclear.

If there are deadlines, decisions or professional transitions that I should understand, we can discuss those as well. You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined coaching objective. Part of the valueof the conversation may be to clarify the question itself.

    What happens afterwards

At the end of the meeting, we can consider whether there is a useful basis for working together. Where appropriate, I will suggest a possible coaching format, including the focus, duration and cost.

There is no pressure to proceed. The purpose of the conversation is to establish whether coaching is the right next step and whether the fit is right for both of us.

    Professional standards and confidentiality

I work within an established professional code of conduct. Our initial conversation will be treated with discretion, and any subsequent coaching engagement will be based on clear expectations, appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.

    Need to change the arrangements?

Your calendar invitation will include the practical details for the meeting and the relevant options for changing the appointment. If you have a question before we speak, please contact me directly.

  • I look forward to meeting you.
